Zero Confirmation Transaction is an unconfirmed cryptocurrency transaction, pending verification in the next block on the blockchain.

Zero Confirmation Transaction is a cryptocurrency transaction that has been broadcast to the network but not yet included in a block. It remains unconfirmed until miners validate and add it to the blockchain. These transactions are visible in the network's memory pool. They are considered risky for merchants and users due to potential double-spending attacks. While faster, they lack the security of confirmed transactions. For small amounts or trusted parties, some may accept them. For higher security, especially for significant amounts, it's advisable to wait for at least one confirmation to ensure the transaction's legitimacy.
